The hint could be any description up to 50 characters to help you remember your password and should be something that no-one else can guess the answer to. For example, a password of "Red" could have a hint of "My Favourite Color".

Select from the next section how you would like your HealthInsite information sorted. In the future, when you are logged on, your search results list will be filtered to only show results matching your preferences. You will still have the option to see unfiltered results for any search.

Briefly describe in the next section your area of interest, preferably just a phrase or a short sentence and only one topic. This information will be used to create your personalised search query. You will be able to see the results of your search query by clicking on 'My Interest' in the right hand navigation bar when you are logged on. (Please allow a few days for your search to be created.)

Enrolment Explanatory Notes

Remember that you can choose any Username and Password combination to suit yourself.

You must provide a Username and a Password, and then repeat your Password to confirm.

Other items are optional, but the more details you provide the better we can tailor information to your needs.

If you want HealthInsite to send you notices about features and updates you must provide an e-mail address.

If you later want to change your profile, first logon to HealthInsite and then click on 'Profile' to go to the enrolment update page.

Finally, click on the Create Profile and Logon button to proceed to the confirmation screen.
